who won’t lose your house. Many deadlines need to be met, like the
appraisal, inspection, loan, and settlement dates. I can also keep
you informed of insurance, taxes, title reports, covenants, and
other things to consider.
8. CLOSING COSTS PAID FOR YOU! I can almost always get your closing
costs paid for you. Your closing costs could be several thousand
dollars depending on your loan. I will negotiate with the seller to
pay those costs or have them included in your loan so you don’t have
come up with those extra thousands all at closing.
